"Looked nice at first, but didn’t hold up"
My first impression was actually good — the cloth looked decent and felt like it would be useful. Unfortunately, after just two washes it started falling apart. I was disappointed because it really didn’t last long at all.

"Not really worth it"
I wasn’t too happy with the whole experience. The service felt kind of all over the place, and for what I paid, I expected a lot better. I thought it would be smooth and simple, but it just ended up being frustrating. I don’t think I’d use them again.

"Not really worth it"
I tried the microfibre cloth from Clean My Screen, but it was a bit disappointing. It felt cheaper than I expected and didn’t do a great job picking up fingerprints or smudges. It also left little bits of lint on my screen, which kind of defeats the purpose. I feel like a screen cloth should be soft, clean properly, and not leave anything behind — basic stuff. I ended up going back to my old cloth, so I wouldn’t buy this one again.

"Something about it felt overpriced"
I don’t know, something about it just didn’t feel worth the price to me. For what I actually got, it felt a little too expensive, honestly

"Really disappointing service"
I spent pretty much the whole day trying to get help and felt completely ignored. No one seemed interested in actually resolving the issue, which was really frustrating. After wasting that much time with no support, I’d definitely expect some kind of compensation or at least a proper effort to make this right.

"Didn’t work as well as other cleaners I’ve used"
I was hoping this would be an easy fix for all my screens, but it didn’t really do the job for me. My phones ended up with streaks, and my tablet still looked kind of dirty after wiping it down. I’ve used other screen cleaners that left things much clearer with less effort, so compared to those, this one was a bit disappointing.

"Made me a little nervous using it"
I tried it on my screen, but I kept feeling kind of uneasy about it. Maybe I was overthinking it, since I’m always worrying about scratches and smudges and all that, but it just felt a bit risky the whole time

"The box showed up all squashed..."
The box showed up all squashed, and the bottle had leaked a bit inside. It felt like it was just thrown together in a rush. When I brought it up, I got the impression I was being talked down to, like I didn’t know what I was looking at. Not a great experience overall.

"Slower shipping than I’m used to"
Shipping took way longer than I expected. Compared to most other places I order from, this felt slow, and I was getting a bit impatient waiting for it to arrive...

"Kinda annoying to use"

"Left a cloudy film for some reason"
I used this twice, and for some reason my screen still had a cloudy film on it afterward. It’s not terrible, but I was expecting it to be residue-free, so it was a little annoying.

"Screen still looked streaky"
I was really hoping for a clean, streak-free finish, but my screen looked worse afterward. I ended up having to wipe it down again myself, which was frustrating. It also kind of felt like they were more focused on getting paid and moving on than actually making sure the job was done right. Not happy with the experience and I probably won’t use them again.
